Annual Members' Meetings
Learn more & have your say
Our Annual Members' Meetings are open to all. You don't have to be a member to attend, although only members (i.e. shareholders) can vote on resolutions. These meetings give you an opportunity to get an update on how the Shop is doing and have your say in plans for its future.

Our volunteers help make the Shop the success it is- a treasured and much needed amenity for the village. We have a wonderful group of volunteers and enjoy getting together with them for an evening out and some fun. Why not join us?

Chardstock is a thriving village with lots of events and activities in a normal year. We like to support them and participate wherever possible, whether that's by selling tickets, running a stall or promoting them through our marketing.
